How many hours will the move take?
The time required to complete your move can vary depending on several key factors:
Distance: Travel time between your current and new location plays a role, though local moves typically don’t take long.
Volume of Items: The more belongings you have, the longer it takes to pack, load, transport, and unload.
Type of Move: Full-service moves, where the movers handle packing and more, may take longer than moves where you’ve done most of the prep yourself.

Preparation: If everything is packed and ready to go, your move will likely be faster and more efficient.

Can I leave clothes or small items in my drawers during the move?
We recommend that you empty all drawer contents before the move. However, the drawers themselves can stay inside the dresser, as long as they’re not too heavy or loose.
Can the movers disassemble/assemble my furniture?
Yes, with no extra charge, we can usually disassemble/assemble furniture like beds, desks, and tables—we have the tools for it. However, there are some limitations. If the furniture is glued together or the screws are stripped, we may not be able to take it apart. Also, if the item is an antique or very old and fragile, there’s a risk it could break during disassembly. In those cases, it’s often best to leave it as is.
Can you move my BBQ?
Yes, we can move your BBQ with no propane or other gas tanks attached.
To speed things up, can our clients help with the move?
They can certainly help by packing and moving some items using their own vehicles. Unfortunately, for legal and liability reasons, we cannot actually allow clients inside our moving trucks .
Can you wrap my furniture?
Yes. All our trucks carry 50 moving blankets . We make sure that we have enough moving blankets so that all of your furniture is padded and wraped.
What sizes of truck will you use for my move?
Our truck is 24-ft moving box truck
What should I do if I have a complaint?
We take great pride in the quality of our movers and the services they provide, but we’re always open to feedback—positive or negative.
